The last days of the last prophet

The farewell pilgrimage
As the time of the Prophet’s صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم departure drew closer, Allah سبحانہ وتعالی gave permission to the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم to perform Hajj.
He went for Hajj along with more than 100,000 believers, nine years after Hijrah. During this Hajj, the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said to the companions, “Learn the rites of Hajj from me. I do not know if I will ever be able to perform Hajj , after this Hajj.” Thus, the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم informed the Companions that his demise was approaching. This final Hajj of the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم became known as the ‘the Farewell Hajj.’
The Prophet’s farewell to the martyrs
A month before the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم passed away, he went out and offered prayers, as a farewell gesture, for the martyrs from the battle of Uhud. He then stood on the pulpit and said, “Indeed, I am preceding forth before all you of you and I am a witness for all of you. Indeed, by Allah, I am looking at the pool of water [ al-kawthar] at this very moment. I have certainly been given the keys for all the treasures of the world. by Allah, I am not afraid that, after me, you will join partners with Allah; but I am afraid that you will start competing for [the treasures] of this world.
